This product line brings the building's voice communication onto the data network: Radonium IP phones, intercom and paging microphone for calls and announcements, and Germanium IP speakers for paging, music and alerts. All of them run over the network cable with PoE power and need no separate infrastructure.
The phones and intercoms use the standard SIP protocol and work with IP PBXs such as Asterisk and FreePBX; the speakers support SIP, RTP, multicast and MQTT. The devices of this line therefore work both with each other and alongside the systems already in a project.
The KDT console connects these devices to the rest of the building: paging from the console or a web browser is played as multicast on groups of speakers, music and announcements run on the same groups, and door intercom calls are answered on the console.
The IP speakers have alarm inputs and work with KDT cameras, NVRs and video management software in alarm scenarios, so a security event can instantly become a voice message or a siren.
