The TC-60 heat-shrink fusion splice protector from KDT's Cuprium series is a protective tube that secures the fusion splice point of optical fibers. With a needle-type reinforcement rod and a transparent sleeve, it gives the joint exceptional mechanical strength and fully protects the delicate fiber against breakage, strain and moisture ingress inside the fiber cassette.
